Why is there no phone number on your page?

Jeanjacket Designs are 3 artists and spend our time designing and painting. We are 100% dedicated to our clients and pride ourselves on high-quality 24 hour client support in designing your bespoke jacket. We answer all new emails within 36 hours and once in a dialogue in designing we are dedicated to our client right up until delivery.

How long does it take to receive my bespoke jacket?

Most jackets take 3 weeks from design conversation to despatch. They take longer if we are waiting for the client to send their own or if we have to order one in specially.

How do I chose an Artist?

How do I wash my jacket?

With best will in the World – Gems will pop off occasionally. But with care your jacket will look gorgeous for a long time.

  1. Cold hand wash
  2. DO NOT WRING-OUT
  3. Do not scrub designs
  4. NEVER TUMBLE DRY
  5. Lay flat to dry or on hanger
  6. iron inside-out
  7. DO NOT USE STEAM IRON
  8. USE DRY IRON ONLY
  9. Spot scrub marks on cuffs or collars
Can I order a jacket and skirt?

Jeanjacket Designs are delighted to offer a completely bespoke jean range for our client, and design jackets and skirts/cat-suits/shoes/trousers to match.

Can I have my design in more than one place on the jacket?

Yes, it is entirely down to client preference and design ideas.

I want a jacket but have no idea what I want, can I ask for help to design mine?

Yes, we fully support helping our clients design their own jacket and can create “mock-up”.

I have an idea but do not know how to explain it, can you help?

Yes, we are more than happy to work with our clients to formulate and suggest ideas.

Why do I have to pay in full upfront for my bespoke work?

Bespoke work cannot be sold to anyone else.

Can I change my order?

We take great lengths to confirm our client is 100% happy with the Artwork prior to commencing their jacket. We can add artwork at a pre-discussed cost but as they are all hand-painted, we cannot re-paint or remove artwork.

Are the jacket sizes accurate?

The labels may not be accurate. All the jackets have been measured in cm when laid flat, and this is provided with every jacket.

My jacket does not fit, can I have a refund?

No. All our jackets are one-off Art pieces. All our jackets are vintage, and the label sizes may not be accurate, we add all the measured sizes in cm, when laid flat, very clearly on each item. It is very important our clients measure themselves to make sure the jackets fit.

Do you stock jackets?

Yes we have a selection of vintage jean jackets, we use Lee, Levi, Wrangler and many other vintage brands. We collect jackets from Europe as well.

Can I use my own jacket?

Yes, we are delighted to use our clients own jacket, we add between £25-£50 for jackets, so we would simply not add that charge. But client would need to cover the cost of that part of the postage. We suggest courier with insurance/tracking and we are not responsible for lost in post jackets.

How will you package my jacket?

All our jackets arrive in an oblong box, we have 3 sizes. Average box is 3 inch x 50 inch x 40 inch. All jackets are carefully wrapped and packed in white tissue paper with a cover letter.

Why are you going to post my jacket on Social Media?

We love to show the Wold how beautiful your design is. We never post on Social Media before the client and can add your own links to your jacket if preferred.

Do you post Worldwide?

Yes, we have clients in India, Ukraine, L.A and China. But client will need to enquire about import taxes themselves.

Which courier do you use?

Jeanjacket Designs uses Hermes tracked and signed, and we can add insurance at client request but it will add costs.
